Other than a small line ON THE HOLDER, we see zero imperfections here. The mirrors are deep and have strong flash. When you twirl the coin, we clearly see a watery like roll. The obverse has gorgeous deeper original colors of navy/gold/blue/faint rose. The reverse has blue opening into pale tangerine/silver centers. Miss Liberty and the details stand out with needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal is bold!
Only 675 pieces were minted. PCGS 11, NGC 18, CAC 9. PCGS has graded only 4 in PR67+. This coin last auction in 2021 at the Simpson sale for $6,000.00. The current Collectors Universe value is $7,750.00. You can’t find great coins like these any more. Just look at the numbers, there are not many top survivors!
