GEM surfaces are super clean and are smooth. Using a strong glass all you can find are a few TINY and WIDELY scattered ticks. That’s all that keep this coin from MS66. A strong luster beams all over. Both sides are a GEM original even gold color. There are no discolorations or spots. Miss Liberty and the details all standout with great strikes. The eye appeal is beautiful!
PCGS 279, NGC 336, CAC 77. PCGS has graded 31 in MS65+. The last auction record for a PCGS MS65+ CAC piece was for $14,400.00 11/2024 and there was one for $15,275.00 12/2023. The current Collectors universe value is $17,500.00. We rank this date as as popular as a 1907 High Relief! Looked all over and could not find any PCGS CAC examples for sale.
