1908 $2.50 Gold Indian PCGS MS66+ (CAC) SUPER!

We are pleased to own and offer one of the nicest 1908 $2.5 Indians we have ever seen. No question the coin deserves the +.

We cannot believe how outrageously clean and smooth this coin is. We used a strong glass and looked it over but good. NADA. The right reverse field just has the slightest of a line-no hits. The luster is pleasing. Both sides are a GEM original even gold color. There are no spots or discolorations. Of course all of the details are pinpoint sharp in strike. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 122, NGC 74, CAC 24. PCGS has graded 12 in MS66+. We doubt if more then 2 or 3 at beaned. A PCGS CAC example sold in 01/2025 for $33,500.00. The current Collectors Universe value is $37,500.00. There is no such thing as a PCGS CAC MS67. If there were, we’d pay a ton of money to add it to half Domes #1 all time set. This is great piece to add to any $2.5 Indian set or Type set.
