It’s been so hard to buy really nice GEM Saints recently. We finally got one! The quality here is a HIGH END!
Clean surfaces are not loaded up with the typical ticks and giggles these coins come with. Only when you use a strong glass can you see a light small scuff or two-there is nothing to see with the naked eye. A very decent glowing like luster can be seen. Both sides are a mix of totally original faint orange gold/yellow gold colors. There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and have delicate frost. The eye appeal is swell!
PCGS 760, NGC 354, CAC 68. PCGS has graded 36 in MS65+. At CSNS we witnessed two WHOLESALE for $8,750.00 each! The current Collectors Universe value is $10,250.00. Next step up even on NON CAC is at least $14,000.00 (a PCGS CAC coin would be VERY expensive). It’s a myth that these are common or make frequent appearances. All price guides are too low. Plus, gold clearly has heated up again.
