CACG is sure tight on how it grades its Saints. No question this coin is HIGH END!
Totally original surfaces are a joy to behold. We used a strong glass and looked all over. There are a few microscopic tiny ticks and nothing that stands out. Originality wise, this coin does have alight “skin” of original gold toning. This is NOT a dirty coin. Of course there is a strong luster. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is really nice!
PCGS 492, NGC 183, CAC 36. The last PCGS CAC coin sold for $8,400.00 in auction 05/2024. We rarely see this date and grade this nice. The current price guides on ALL better Saints are incorrect. We just know e are looking for coins like this and we can not find any.
