1912 50C Half Dollar Barber PCGS PR67+ (CAC) SUPERB! DENALI

We LOVE to buy “old friends” like this back. This coin is really fantastic! We rank it VERY HIGH END!

Shimmering deep mirrors can light up a dark room. The mirrors have zero problems anywhere. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a sheet of freshly formed ice with a splash of water sloshing around. An interesting color mix of totally original shades of champagne/mauve/gold are on the obverse. The reverse has deeper original colors of golden brown/purple/evergreen. Miss Liberty and the details are all fully struck. The eye appeal is really pretty!

Only 700 were struck. PCGS 7, NGC 6, CAC 5. PCGS has graded 4 in PR67+. Hard to believe buy no PR67+ has ever traded via auction. Some how there is a Collectors Universe value of $9,000.00. If this coin had been in the recent Young-Dakota sale , it probably would have sold for more than our asking price. That sale proved how hungry the market is for GEM Proof Barber halves. We also feel VERY strongly this date in 66 and higher is VERY UNDERrated.
