For a better date Saint like this to pass both PCGS and CAC’s standards-you know it has to all there and then some!
Seriously above average surfaces show only a few incredibly minor microscopic ticks (there is a tick on the eagle wings). There are NO scuffs or huge lines. The originality is unquestionable. Both sides also have a strong luster that shows off the original deep gold/yellow gold colors. There are NO spots or discolorations on the highpoints. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have extra sharp strikes. The eye appeal is like the quality-terrific!
PCGS 360, NGC 173, CAC 38 The last one to sell in auction brought only $6,490.0007/2021. The Current Collectors Universe is $8,500.00. Note: MS 65’s PCGS CAC are impossible to find. One sold recently for $102,000.00!!! MS 64’s are not easy to find either-especially nice like this!
