No question this SUPERB GEM Proof was carefully saved since the day it left the Mint! The quality is far superior to most.
GEM Matte surfaces are a delight to behold. There are NO problems of any size, any where. A strong luster beams all over. The obverse is about 50% GEM original Mint Red. The reverse has a light dusting of brown toning (possibly from lying on felt or fabric). Lincoln and every detail are knife sharp. The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 6, NGC 6, CAC 6. There are none graded higher. The last time one sold via auction was back in 2018. That si 6 LONG years ago. So the published prices are behind. And with only 6 beaned, that’s not going to allow for the market place to see many of them.
