Possibly, some tiny and widely scattered MICROSCOPIC ticks on the reverse is all that keep this coin from a FULL MS65 FH. Overall, the coin does appear clean with smooth surfaces. A strong luster illuminates the beautiful white surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. The eye appeal is fantastic!
