Housed in an older blue tag holder. The quality is VERY HIGH END!
We rave about this coins cleanliness. Even the dreaded right reverse field is way above average. This coin looks like it sat somewhere undisturbed for a very long time. There is an “original skin”. A moderate luster enhances light orange gold original colors. There are no discolorations. Every detail is sharply struck. The eye appeal is super nice!
PCGS 573, NGC 470, CAC 63. The current WHOLESALE sightUNSEEN is $2,600.00. We have heard of NONE being sold to the bidders. We kind of got lucky finding this coin at the price we did. We looked and could not find any PCGS CAC pieces for sale. BTW, having 63 beaned in MS65 is not a lot at all. Plus, we have seen coins in higher graded holders not as nice.
