1946-S 50C Half Dollar Walking Liberty PCGS MS67 (CAC)

Could this coin be any nicer? We sure don’t think so. Of course we sent it in for a +, NADA.

The surfaces all over are remarkable. They are boldly satiny smooth and are super clean. Even if you use a strong glass, the dreaded right obverse field has one INVISIBLE little mark. It looks so clean…..The luster on the coin is bold too. Both sides are a GEM original white-this is not a dipped out coin. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is exceptional!

PCGS 164, NGC 172, CAC 48. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell via auction brought $2,400.00. 12/2023. The current Collectors Universe value is $2,750.00. We just do not see these looking this nice and white ante anymore.
