Its been many years since Legend has owned one of these. Nice SUPERB GEM coins like this are really hard to find!
Deep mirrors beam boldly from all over. The mirrors have real flash (you can say they glitter) and have bold clarity. The surfaces are also clean. Only if you use a strong glass can you find a microscopic fleck or two (harmless). When you twirl the coin, the mirrors have that desirable “watery” roll. No question this coin is totally original. Plus, there is even some contrast. Both sides are a copper nickel like color. Every detail is sharply struck and and stands out with light frost. The eye appeal is great!
800 Minted. PCGS 30, NGC 19, CAC 4. NO PCGS CAC piece has ever sold via auction. Only an NGC piece way back in 2011 for $6,900.00. The current PCGS CAC Value is $6,250.00 as is the Collectors Universe value. All this is a POWERFUL statement as to the rarity of the date and grade in top condition.
