We can not see why this coin is not a PR66! It is FLAWLESS!
A cleaner Proof can not exist. There are ZERO impiarments or even a hint of any probelsm anywhere. Using a glass will only impress you more abouthow perfect the surfaces are. The mirrors do very much have strong reflectivity. A very light layer of ORIGINAL golden brown toning evenly covers both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are lightlyfrosted and have pinpoint sharp strikes. The eye appeal is really exceptional!
ONLY 600 were minted. PCGS 36, NGC 25, CAC 10. NO CAC stickerd 1868’s have ever sodl at auction. Until recently, this coin was off the market since 1904-when they were purchased raw from the Chapman Brothers!
