What a gorgeous and really HIGH END Indian Proof Cent this is!
Adorable mirrors beam vividly from all over. The mirrors have excellent clarity and cleanliness. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly made sheet of glass. Both sides are a full GEM Mint Red. There are hints of faint light toning scattered about. Toning is NOT the colors turning nor is it harmful flecks. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 30, NGC 17, CAC 6. PCGS has graded only this coin in PR66+ RD. There are 9 higher but with only 2 beaned by CAC. To us, its a wonder how any GEM ORIGINAL RED coin that is 140 years old has survived so pristine. This will be a great addition to ANY GEM collection.
