1C 1908-S PCGS MS66+

We have seen a lot of 1908S in GEM, but this coin really IS by far and away SUPERIOR! We do grade it an MS66.8++.

Outstanding surfaces are super smooth and have ZERO imperfections of ANY size, ANY where. We used a strong glass and looked all over too. VERY impressive. No question the “skin” is totally original. The luster is good and enhances the original red color. There are NO spots or discolorations anywhere. There is also no grainy light toning pattern you so often see on these. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have crisp sharp strikes. They eye appeal is pretty awesome!

PCGS 41, NGC 21, CAC 5. This is the lone MS66+ RD Graded. There is one 67 (which would be worth an easy $75,000.00). Of course this coin has never sold at auction. A regular MS66 RD CAC recently sold for $8,812.00 05/2015. There are no accurate published prices for this coin. If you are a picky MS Indian Cent Collector, this coin is for you.
