1C 1941 PCGS PR67RD

$12,000.00

Legend bought his from the person who bought it out of our July 2018 Auction for $11,750.00 at the ANA show. Oops, we did not remember it was in our sale. So you can  see how much we do like it!

This was our original description (pops updated) : One of the FINEST examples of this WWII era Proof cent, that is surprisingly rare in such high grade. Most 1941 proofs have a very funky look from poor storage, and this one is tied for FINEST graded! The color is AMAZING, the surface quality SUPERB, and the overall look sublime. The ultra bold mirrors beam from all over with extreme clarity and brilliance. There is not a flaw anywhere to be found on either side. The eye appeal is beyond description!

PCGS 13, NGC 16, CAC 6. In our December 2016 Regency Auction, the most recent example sold, realizing $14,688; Only two other CAC coins to sell realized $14,100 in April 2016 and one realized $28,200 in November 2013. The current PCGS Price Guide value is $12,000. Bound for one of the BEST sets of Proof Lincoln cents and worthy of a very strong bid! You certainly can’t go wrong with this coin!

We still LOVE this coin!
