$2.5 1852 PCGS MS64

$2,350.00

Can’t say we see this too often: this is a $2.5 from the 1850’s with boldly semi prooflike surfaces.

You can clearly see the reflectivity and luster from across the room. With a glass you can see the bold die polishing lines (very unusual and usually associated with early strikes). There are NO major marks, however with a strong glass you can see some scattered pinpoint ticks. The color is an ORIGINAL deep yellow gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 38, NGC 59, CAC 12. The last PCGS/CAC piece to sell in a major auction brought $2,300.00 06/2012. We think this coin is really cool not only because its from 1852, but its really prooflike!

WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE!
