This is a wonderful example of a date and grade we never see offered. We fully agree with the MS65+ designation!
Surprisingly clean and smooth surfaces are a joy to behold. There are a few microscopic ticks, but there is nothing that seriously distracts from the grade. The luster is also surprisingly strong and glows boldly from all over. Both sides enjoy an original brilliant gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 50, NGC 30, CAC 16. PCGS has graded 3 in MS65+ with 13 higher (CAC has only beaned 2 coins). The last PCGS coin to sell in auction was a NON CAC piece. It brought 2,820.00 02/2017. The coin we are offering here, is all there and then some!
