The surfaces are essentially perfect. They also have a thicker satiny texture. Even using a strong glass brings up no imperfections. A strong glowing luster beams from all over. Both sides are a beautiful and totally original mellow orange/yellow gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 107, NGC 110, CAC 27. The last CAC specimen to sell was an NGC, That coin realized $3,840.00 12/2020. A PCGS CAC piece has not sold since 2019. That coin brought $3,760.00 in a weaker market. Do NOT be fooled by the pops, this is a very scarce date in this grade (CAC has done only 27). What a great addition to any GEM $2.5 or Type set this will make!
