$2.5 1911-D PCGS AU58 STRONG

This is a really nice and above average coin. We prefer MS, but this coin was too irresistible.

Superior surfaces are pretty clean overall. Only the dreaded right reverse has some lines and ticks.  Nothing is harsh. A surprising luster beams boldly from all over. Both sides are an original orange gold with sprays of reddish gold. All of the details are well struck. You can detect the tiniest patch of wear of the eagles upper wing. The eye appeal is beautiful!
