We like nice GEM $2.5 Indian gold. Ever since the telemarketers quit running up the prices we have been strong buyers. Its hard to find really nice pieces!
This piece is very clean. There are NO spots or discolorations. The color is a pale gold. A decent luster also shows off sharply struck features. The eye appeal is pleasing!
PCGS 71, NGC 127, CAC 11. PCGS has graded only ONE coin finer. The last one of these to appear at public auction sold for $8,050.00 07/08 Heritage. Do not let the pops fool you, these are hard to find (especially with a CAC sticker).
