The trick with these hard to grade Indian $2.5 is how clean they are. This coin is really clean!
Warn deeper gold colored surfaces reveal few hits, ticks, or blemishes of any kind-especially on the reverse (where just about ALL Indians have some). The luster is strong and the color is clearly original. ALL of the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 71, NGC 129, CAC 12. Only PCGS has graded ONE coin higher-an MS66. Not as easy of a date to find in TRUE GEM as you think. This coin is more than worthy of being in ANY GEM set!
