This coin is not just choice-its a SUPERB GEM AU! To find one unmessed with like this is near impossible. Outstanding surfaces are smooth and are incredibly clean. Even using a strong glass all you will find a few light wispy scattered lines and tiny ticks. There are traces of prooflike surfaces visible around the devices. A surprisingly strong luster enhances the rich and totally original gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are above average in strike. The eye appeal is amazing for a 1850O! PCGS 25, NGC 57, CAC 5 (that number says a lot). A PCGS NON CAC piece sold for $17,800.00 in the Dallas ANA sale last week.
