The surfaces are a thick satiny texture and are above average in cleanliness. Using a strong glass you can find a minute tick or two. The luster is thick and enlivens the totally original gold/pale pinkish gold color. There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and have thick frost. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 3879, NGC 3299, CAC 341. PCGS has graded 181 in MS64+. The last example to sell in auction brought $3,360.00 02/2021. current sightUNSEEN WHOLESALE BID is $1,800.00. It should be noted that the common 1904 has 1659 in MS64+ and sells in the $2,800.00-$3,000.00 range. Now is a great time to be a gold bug!
