Look what came to us when the show opened Tuesday. It’s been ages since we have owned a GEM MS65. This HIGH END piece was worth the wait for sure!
Totally SUPERB surfaces offer NO problems of any kind. Even if you are picky and use a strong glass, you will be more than happy. The surfaces do have a nice satiny texture. The superior luster really enhances the boldly struck devices. Both sides are a GEMMY original with an even gold color. There are NO spots. The wire rim is clearly visible. The eye appeal is what you want a High Relief to be-beautiful!
PCGS 301, NGC 101, CAC 44. We are shocked to find out NO $20 HR WE has been sold via auction since 2015. Back then they were $50,000.00. Four years is forever ago. With the market fully expanded by the internet, coins like the hugely popular High Reliefs have become impossible to find.
