This  is an explosive example of a date that we term “elusive” in true GEM. Outstanding surfaces beam with an intense glowing luster from all over. Only when using a really strong glass can you see some tiny ticks/frost breaks. Nothing is big or is detracting. Both sides enjoy a booming brilliant  yellow gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is fabulous! PCGS 2510, NGC 731, CAC 98. As you can see, CAC is EXTREMELY stingy on how it grades these. How tough are these? Legend (who LOVES to buy and sell this kind of coin), has not owned one since 2015.
