No question this coin is VERY HIGH END!
This Saint looks more like a 1928 than a 1909. Shimmering surfaces are appear clean. If you use a strong glass you’ll only see some HIDDEN ticks and frost breaks scattered around. Both sides have a thick satiny texture. A strong luster shows off totally original deep gold/pale yellow gold colors. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 242, NGC 82, CAC 11. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $9,000.00 08/2020. An MS 65 would cost you at least $35,000.00-if you can ever find one. Opportunity knocks loud here!
