$20 1911-S PCGS MS66

Now this is one heck of an 11-S. After building several of the finest Saints sets ever, we know what these should like. Generally they do not come this nice-even in MS66. Remarkable surfaces are super clean and have a satiny texture. The coin becomes more impressive when surveyed with a strong glass. There re NO negatives of any size, any where. An extra strong luster does have a cartwheel effect and beams boldly from all over. Both sides area totally original even gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations anywhere. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is terrific! PCGS 40, NGC 31, CAC 7. The last PCGS CAC MS66 to sell in auction was back in 08/2014. We can tell you we have seen NONE offered in many years (as we would tried hard to buy them). If we were building Bob Simpson #1 set set or Hedgie’s soon to be posted #2 set, we WOULD include this coin. It belongs in a world class collection!  This piece is from the recently dispersed A&A collection of Saints. It is our strong opinion, that in this grade, this date s tremendously over looked. Do not be fooled by the pops.
