$20 1915 PCGS MS65+ FOX

We fully agree this coin is a MS65.8++.  For a 1915 Saint, that is incredible!

Outrageous surfaces have a thick satiny like texture. Most impressive-only if you use a strong glass can you count the number of microscopic ticks on one hand! yes, this is a SUPER clean coin. A strong and glowing luster beams from all over. Both sides are a subtle two tone original mix of deeper gold/pale orange gold colors. There are NO discolorations or spots anywhere. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and stand out. The eye appeal is gorgeous!

PCGS 51, NGC 39, CAC 10. PCGS has graded only 4 in MS65+ with just one higher. Talking about falling through the cracks: it is important to note: a PCGS CAC MS65 sold for $33,600.00 in 2018. Its almost like stealing what we paid for this SUPERB HIGH END GEM. The current Collectors Universe Value is $60,000.00. Legend Numismatics has handled 2 others. One sold for $60,000.00 in 2013 and the other for $55,813.00 in our 09/2018 Auction. What happened here?

You  can’t throw really good coins in the middle of average or multiple times regraded coins. Interest fades. Prices are generally weaker. We are always looking for when something “slips through the cracks”.  This coin was an unexpected purchase. We know (we have placed at least 2 of the others). We can not see this coin really affecting the 1915 GEM Market. All the other MS65+ are $60,000.00!

Take advantage of this “slip through the cracks”!  Once its gone, so is the price.
