A delightful coin! The surfaces are more of a thick satiny texture. Only with a strong glass can you find a few microscopic scattered ticks. Overall, the surfaces do appear clean. A “thick” satiny luster enhances the bold original deeper orange gold/pale greenish gold colors. There are two small toning spots on the reverse (proves originality). Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have crisp strikes. The eye appeal is excellent! The last PCGS MS66+ CAC to sell in auction brought $4,112.00 02/2014!
