Love these coins when they look this good. There is a light two tone effect on both sides.
Super surfaces are semi satiny smooth and are very clean. Only with a strong glass can you find some light frost breaks and a microscopic tick or two. A wonderful luster makes this coin really stand out. Both sides are bathed in a gorgeous and totally original two tone gold color with orange highlights. There are NO spots or discolorations anywhere (there is one tiny toning dot at 12:00 on the reverse). Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is powerfully delicious!
PCGS 3249, NGC 1387, CAC 328. PCGS has graded 222 in MS66+. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $6,600.00 04/2020. With supplies of these low (make that non existent) and gold seeming like it is ready to pop, this IS a great time to buy a coin like this!
