Definitely an album toned coin. Nearly full GEM. The surfaces are smooth, clean, and have a strong luster. A vibrant ring of blue opens into golden brown centers on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is great!
In our opinion, coins like these are ridiculously cheap. PCGS 86, NGC 90.
