25C 1863 PCGS PR64 CAMEO

This is a tremendous PR 64 Cameo piece. It does indeed offer multiple WOW factors! The mirrors are virtually ULTRA deep and really beam from every where. They have great clarity and intense reflection. You can see a few light lines and a tiny lint mark only with a strong glass. The mirrors give off that deep “water” type of rolling look when you twirl the coin. A phenomenal band of deep royal blue/golden brown/magenta frames the rims all over and really makes the contrast dramatic. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have outstanding full strikes. The eye appeal is spectacular! Only 460 were minted for this Civil War date. PCGS 22, NGC 14, CAC 7.
