This is a super flashy fully cameo GEM Proof. Super deep mirrors beam from all over. The mirrors  have great clarity, cleanliness, and intensely reflective. Even using a really strong glass you can not find any imperfections. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have GEMMY snowy white thick frost all over. Only a faint trace of gold can be seen by the rims. The eye appeal is mind boggling! Only 886 pieces were minted. PCGS 9, NGC 14, CAC 4. PCGS has graded 10 coins higher.
