25C 1891 NGC PR-66 CAMEO

Bought this exceptional GEM from a “crackout” dealer who claims he tried it a dozen times for a PR67. Don’t know what he was thinking. The coin to us is clearly a PR66+, not a PR67. Both sides display electric mirrors that are clean, deep, clear, and flashy. Killer bursts of royal blue/fiery gold/violet capture your eyes immediately. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and fully struck. This is clearly a WOW coin. PCGS 5/NGC 17 (which we know is wrong because of this coin). ONLY 600 pieces were minted.
