We can NOT believe how cheap (and we mean cheap) this coin is. With the quality being VERY HIGH END and the rarity (pop 2) being all there, how could it not be a $2,000.00-$3,000.00 coin? Especially when you can complete a set!
Deep mirrors beam boldly from all over. No question the mirrors are exceedingly clean and have remarkable clarity. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like freshly formed perfect chilled ice. The contrast is clear as can be (remember this is a silver cameo-not one like an 1892 would have). Some light original olive/russet toning graces the obv+rev left sides. Miss Liberty and every detail is needle sharp in strike and has thick silvery frost. The eye appeal is really SUPERR!
ONLY 545 were minted. PCGS 2, NGC 1, CAC 2. PCGS has graded only 7 higher. The PR 66 Cameo PCGS CAC to sell in auction brought $2,585.00 01/2018. In our opinion, that price is too ridiculously cheap. With a tiny mintage and a pop of just 2, we know finding the other would be near impossible. We high recommend coins like this today-you do get a superior value!
