25C 1913 PCGS PR68

$11,750.00

We are huge fans of everything PR Barber. A coin like this is genuinely rare. We never see 1913’s this nice!

Shimmering mirrors glow from all over. They are deep, have crystal clear clarity, are perfect (that means no lines, ticks, or anything), and have bold reflectivity. The mirrors remind us of a freshly made sheet of glass. The obverse displays moderate shades of original golden brown/blue/champagne. The reverse might have been lying on felt or cloth and has pretty colors of blue/purple/gold that swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal is fantastic!

ONLY 613 pieces were minted. PCGS 3, NGC 4, CAC 2. NO PCGS PR68 has ever sold at auction. If you compare this piece to a 1912 (700 minted PCGS Pop 2) one of those sold for $14,100.00 08/2013. The point being-these are rare and this coin is priced super right!
