25C 1923 PCGS MS65FH

Hard to believe we see more MS66 FH’s then MS65’s. When we saw this piece we really liked it. Pricing was not an issue. Exceedingly clean surfaces are just that. Only on the upper right of the reverse is there a hidden frost break or two. The entire coin gives of a thick satiny luster. There is a strong hint of gold too-but the coin is still white. The strike is just amazing. You do NOT need a glass to see the fully hear or the crazy fully struck shield and its rivets.The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 47, NGC 25, CAC 4 (a shockingly low number).  The last PCGS CAC MS65 to sell in auction brought $4,465.00  in 08/2015.
