For a 27D, this clearly is a VERY HIGH END coin.
Above average surfaces are a joy to behold. Even when using a really strong glass the surfaces reveal ZERO impairments. We do not see that too much on SLQ’s. A strong glowing luster beams from all over. The color is what with a hint of pale gold on the reverse. Miss Liberty and the details are very well struck. Two rivets in the shield are the only weakness. The eye appeal is really nice!
PCGS 99, NGC 50, CAC 20. PCGS has graded just 6 in MS65+ FH. VERY IMPORTANT: The last one to sell in auction was WAY back in 2015. Prices for GEM FH 25C have gone up since then. It should be noted a REGULAR PCGS CAC MS65 FH sold for $4,080.00 09/2019. Published numbers have a way to go on these. Opportunity knocks loud here!
