2C 1871 PCGS PR66RB
What a fabulous GEM Proof 2C piece! Glittering mirrors do have some better depth then typically seen. The mirrors also have great clarity, cleanliness, and of course offer a bold reflection. Original color are spread all over, The obverse is more a faded Mint Red/pale brown, while the reverse may have been laying on felt and has more purple/violet color. Every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike and has light frost. The eye appeal is totally superb! PCGS 21, NGC 27, CAC 8. The last one to sell in auction brought $1,998.00 04/2016. Do not be fooled by the pops, these are not so easy to locate. Still, you can build a nice PR65/66 set in full for not a ton of money! . WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE!
