$3 1855 PCGS MS64

This is a more elusive date then most people know. Legend has not traded once since 2016-and them it was for $11,000.00. We had to buy this coin, not only for price reasons but it is SUPER HIGH END!

First, this coin actually has light contrast. You do not have to imagine it. Bold semi prooflike mirrors are exceedingly clean overall. With a a glass you can see the extensive die polishing (no, this coin has NOT been cleaned) and a tiny tick or two. We can easily see how in the days pre certification this coin would have been called an MS65. Both sides are a beautiful original bright yellow gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations anywhere. Miss Liberty and the details of course stand out with thick frost and sharply strike. The eye appeal is phenomenal!

PCGS 29, NGC 21, CAC 10.The last PCGS MS64 to sell in auction brought $9,400.00 04/2016. Do NOT be fooled by the pops here. These are very difficult coins to come by. We’d make a bet this coin looking the way it does has been in for regrade more then once. Opportunity knocks loud here!
