$3 1863 PCGS MS68 POGUE

$135,000.00

This coin is nothing less then a out of this world ULTRA HIGH END amazing GEM! Why PCGS did not + it is any ones guess (we make no promises). We fully rank this coin in the MONSTER class.

Incredible surfaces are clean and semi satiny. When using a string glass, there are NO imperfections to be found. You will find Mint made die clashing and light striations (die polishing) lines. A full booming luster is nearly blinding. Mother Nature sure did her job with iridescent electric two tone yellow/orange gold colors. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick frost. There is bold contrast. The eye appeal is phenomenal!

5000 minted. PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. PCGS has graded one in MS68+ higher (hard to believe). The last MS67 to sell brought $211,000.00 01/2014.  The last owner of this coin was a major dealer who paid $140,000.00. Prior to that, the coin sold for $123,375.00 02/2016 in the original Pouge sale.

You can not beat the rarity, quality, and especially the eye appeal of this MONSTER coin! Most of all you can NOT beat the price/value of this coin. PCGS has graded only 3 MS68 $3 for the series and won’t make many if any more!

We do consider this a once in a life time piece.
