What a terrific SUPERB GEM this coin is. It has bold originality written all over it too!
Superb surfaces are exceedingly clean and have a thicker satiny like texture. The reverse has faint traces of proof like surfaces. A full booming luster beams from all over. Both sides enjoy light original toning of slightly deeper gold. Overall, the coin is a pure gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 215, NGC 128, CAC 47. PCGS has graded only 14 in MS65+. The last PCGS CAC MS65 to sell in auction brought $10,575.00 05/2018. We cannot stress enough how neat this coin is! These seem to have become too cheap . An FYI, the last MS65 we handled was back in 2015. A PCGS CAC piece is much harder to find then you think. You can’t beat the timing to buy a really wicked nice piece like this , especially with gold so off right now. It was not too long ago when PCGS CAC MS65’s (no +) were bringing $13,000.00-$15,000.00.
