This coin is accurately graded and has NO major flaws. Also, it has NOT been messed with. The surfaces are clean in appearance (a few lines and ticks are visible only under a glass). The color is a beautiful gold and there are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details show only the slightest traces of wear with no discolorations. The overall eye appeal is fabulous! PCGS 17, NGC 28
