The majority of these coins survived in AU condition. The reason why is with so few minted, the dies had not worn down and the strikes and surfaces were still sharp and fully prooflike. The only thing you can say about this coin is it has a few light lines. There are hardly any abrasions. Both sides blaze with an intense luster and strong semi-prooflike mirrors. There are no spots and the color is a deep yellow gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. of course the eye appeal is wonderful!
