3CS 1854 PCGS MS66+

The first second we saw the coin, we knew we had to own it. We know both MS+PR 3CS better then any one (having built not only the #1 sets, but #2 as well). This coin is awesome for an 1854! Wonderful surfaces are extra clean and smooth. There are a few interesting die breaks clearly visible. There is also some strong die clashing (all Mint made) as well. The luster is a full beaming cartwheel you can see from far away. Some very light and sprinkling toning is spread about. No question this coin is 100% original. All of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 15, NGC 4, CAC  13 (obviously resubmissions). PCGS has only graded 2 in MS66+ with an MS67+68 higher. The current Collectors Universe Value on this coin is $9,900.00. Look at the value you get here: obsolete denomination, a top GEM, a low pop, and the coin is 164 years old! Why should it not be $15-$20,000? If you think about it, you should never have seen many 1854’s in MS66+. Opportunity knocks loud here for the picky high grade MS 3CS collector!
