The visible striations (mint made die lines) clearly give notice this is an MS and NOT a proof. There are NO disturbances in the fields. Both sides are fully prooflike. A wonderful mix of ORIGINAL killer blue/aqua green/rose colors covers all of the surfaces. Every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike and has generous frost. No question this coin is a SUPERB GEM by anyone’s ridiculous standards. The eye appeal is spectacular!
PCGS 5, NGC 14, CAC 3. The last NGC/CAC piece to sell in major auction brought $3,105.00 10/2008. A PCGS (NON CAC MS66) sold for $5,175.00 in 2008 also. These are just NOT around. It was NOT this coin. This coin is fresh to the market from and old collection. Opportunity knocks super loud here!
