Even though the surfaces are loaded with die cracks and lots of clashing lines, the surfaces are actually perfect. Even when using a strong glass, all you can find are the Mint Made light striations from polishing the dies. No question this coin has mirrors-you do NOT have imagine them. The luster is intense and adds to the bold reflection. Both sides are a GEMMY white. Every detail is needle sharp in strike and looks close to 3-D with the thick frost. The eye appeal is jaw dropping!
