We’ve seen lesser coins in PR holders! This coin has a very pleasing high end quality. The surfaces are smooth, clean, and have strong mirrors. There is no haze and the color is an even pewter/pale navy blue. The mirrors provide a lot of reflectivity. All of the details are frosted and have pinpoint sharp strikes. Only 725 were minted. PCGS 75, NGC 65.
