Even we resubmitted this GEM for a PR65 cameo. Not even a + from PCGS. This is why we are so frustrated!
Icy mirrors are extremely clean, clear, deep, and have powerful reflectivity. All of the details are pinpoint sharp in strike and have thick white frost. We can’t really figure why this is just a PR64 Cameo. The eye appeal is terrific!
PCGS 11, NGC 4, CAC 4. Do not be fooled by the pops, in Cameo this is a VERY difficult date to find!
